These terms cover your use of mirrormuses.us and any booking or inquiry you make with mirrormuses ("we," "us," "our"), a Bay Area, California-based photography and modeling booking business. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
mirrormuses coordinates modeling bookings for Amber and Ashley for editorial, lookbook, commercial, and event photography work in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, as described on this site. Services, availability, and rates shown on this site are informational starting points, not a binding offer — every booking is confirmed individually.
Submitting the inquiry form or calling us does not itself create a booking. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on scope, date, rate, and payment terms directly with you, typically by email or phone following your inquiry. Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are set at the time each booking is confirmed and may vary by project.
Rights to use photographs from a shoot — for the client, for us, and for any photographer involved — are governed by the specific usage and licensing terms agreed for that shoot, not by this website. If nothing was agreed in writing for a given shoot, don't assume a right to use, publish, or reproduce the images beyond what was explicitly discussed.
The text, design, and photography displayed on mirrormuses.us belong to mirrormuses or are used with the applicable photographer's permission (see photo credits shown throughout the site). Please don't reproduce, download, or redistribute site content without asking us first.
We do our best to keep this site accurate and to honor confirmed bookings, but availability, weather, health, and everyday life can change plans. Information on this site is provided "as is," without guarantees of any particular outcome, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a booking with us, to the extent permitted by California law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
