mirrormuses ("we," "us," "our") is a Bay Area, California-based photography and modeling booking business. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be short and honest rather than long and vague.
We don't track visitors to this site. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. The only information we receive from you is what you choose to give us — through the inquiry form on this site, or when you call us on the phone.
When you submit the booking/inquiry form, we receive whatever you enter into it: your name, email address, company or brand (optional), project type, budget range, preferred date, and any details you write about the shoot. If you call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us during the call. That's the entire list — we don't collect anything else about you through this site.
We use the information you send us for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes forward, to coordinate and invoice a shoot or booking. We do not use it for marketing emails, newsletters, or anything you haven't asked for. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and, if you book with us, for basic business recordkeeping (like invoices). If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, email us and we will.

This site links out to third-party platforms — Instagram, TikTok, our web hosting provider, and similar services. Those platforms have their own privacy practices and may collect information according to their own policies when you visit or interact with them. That's between you and them; it's outside our control and outside the scope of this policy. We'd encourage you to review their privacy policies directly if you have questions about how they handle your information.
This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Since we don't track visitors, we won't be able to notify you individually — check back if you're curious.
